F01 — Electronic circuit board fault

Issue:Washing Machines is not operating – some or all functions are not selectable.

Advice:We recommend you disconnect (unplug) the appliance from the mains supply for a minimum of 2 minutes. Reconnect supply and wait 30 seconds and try starting the machine again.

Issue:Intermittent or no drum rotation during wash cycle.

F03 — Temperature sensing fault

Issue:Washing Machines not heating on wash or dry settings.

F05 — Waste pipe blockage or pump issue

Issue:Washing Machines door will not open / the door can be opened but water remains inside the drum.

Advice:Please check for blockages in your pump filter (if applicable to model – please see user handbook). Also check for any blockages in waste water hose and in any under-sink plumbing.If none of the above solutions work, it is likely you have a pump failure and will need further assistance.

F07 — Electronic circuit board fault / heating circuit fault
