Titanium Ore is found in all regions of Northrend. It can spawn anywhere that a Saronite Ore Deposits can spawn. The best places to farm Titanium Ore are Icecrown, Sholazar Basin, and Storm Peaks.

Wintergrasp confirmed to be the best place to farm titanium, as well as loads of saronite, and a few gnomes. Follow the mountains around the edge of the map, stopping off in the south east corner to kill any large elementals you find there for crystalized fires to help you with titansteel.

On a medium map Titanium starts spawning around a depth of 2,030 feet (1,015 tiles), 170 feet (85 tiles) above the depth at which lava begins appearing. On a large map Titanium starts spawning around a depth of 2,930 feet (1,465 tiles), 420 feet (210 tiles) above the depth at which lava settles in The Underworld.

The base chance of spawning Titanium when mining Mithril is 0.5%, but with the Titanium Insanium perk from the Heart of the Mountain, it can be increased to 2.1% - 7%.

Titanium, like all Hardmode ores is generated upon destruction of a Demon Altar with a Pwnhammer or higher. Like Adamantite, a Mythril Drill/Orichalcum Drill (or their Pickaxe-equivalents) or better is required to mine it.

Mining is probably the easiest and less demanding way of making money in Wrath of the Lich King Classic, since literally all the raw materials you gather are used in Jewelcrafting, Blacksmithing, Engineering, and even in Leatherworking, which makes them extremely valuable in the market.
