SERVICE VISIT
I bought my KIA at this dealership and have had all service work done there, including one recall. The Service Manager and the Service Advisor that I work with have given me excellent service; they hav service work done there, including one recall. The Service Manager and the Service Advisor that I work with have given me excellent service; they have answered my questions and have taken extra time to show me how to better use the features (some undocumented) of my vehicle. The Service Advisor, Ryan, always makes sure that I am pleased with the work done on my car and never fails to thank me for choosing to have Cobb County KIA to the care and maintenance necessary to keep my car performing reliably and well. SERVICE VISIT
Took my car here for a detail and service. This is the worst KIA dealership I've been to by far. The price quoted for the part was initially lower than what they charged me. It took two days (2 days i was worst KIA dealership I've been to by far. The price quoted for the part was initially lower than what they charged me. It took two days (2 days i was inconvienced w/ no vehicle) to get the part that shouldve been ordered the week before during an oil change.The detail company that detailed my car screwed up the interior and upon an additional visit to get it repaired (which didn't get repaired). They again kept the car overnight. Supposedly the interior was inspected by the service associate AND the service manager who were "satisfied" with the poor attempt to fix what THEY screwed up. When I demanded to speak to a general manager or owner of the dealership I was brushed off and given more incompetent answers from another associate. Bottom line? SERVICE VISIT
The service dept. was good but I feel the prices are too high. I feel like sometimes they have you right where they want you and there is not much you can do about it. After all, you need to get your car fi high. I feel like sometimes they have you right where they want you and there is not much you can do about it. After all, you need to get your car fixed and can't do it yourself. For one thing I needed a new battery and at first they gave me a choice of a couple of different priced batteries. Naturally, the least expensive one was not in stock and not available. So I had to get the more expensive one. Go figure. More

SERVICE VISIT
My 2011 Optima is 3 months old and has been returned for service 5 times for the same problem. It is now broken for the 6 time Chris the service manager is absolutly no help and Ryan the service advisor tel service 5 times for the same problem. It is now broken for the 6 time Chris the service manager is absolutly no help and Ryan the service advisor tells me that they are waiting for the factory to tell them what to do next. I have spoken to (Elvis Pressley) the General Manager several times although he hears what I'm saying he is not taking this problem serious.I had a great experience buying my car here I would not recommend Cobb County Kia for service More

Took our Kia Amanti in for service (electrical problems) and it took them 1 MONTH to finally get it fixed. SERVICE VISIT
Took our Sorento in for a battery A/C check(it was not working). Battery was replaced. They told us we needed a new compressor for $700. I was skeptical of the diagnosis so had it evaluated at another rep working). Battery was replaced. They told us we needed a new compressor for $700. I was skeptical of the diagnosis so had it evaluated at another repair facility for $30. They found a loose cable and it's working fine. I requested the $30 back and even went to the State Consumer Protection after their repeated refusals to refund the money. They stated they would have charged us $30 anyway(so they could replace a perfectly fine compressor). They never responded to the State and I never got the $30. BEWARE...this used to be Town Center Kia and they were just as bad. More
